We are deeply honored to welcome you to the third annual Global Summit on Terrorism and Political Violence 2026, hosted by The Soufan Center, on September 9–10, 2026, at the Perelman Performing Arts Center at Ground Zero in New York City.

Held on the eve of the 25th anniversary of the terror attacks of September 11, 2001, this summit commemorates those who have dedicated their lives to combating the threat of terrorism. From first responders to law enforcement, and U.S. servicemembers to civilians, this event is a defining moment of reflection and resolve. Twenty-five years after the day that forever altered the trajectory of our country, the terrorism threat landscape has evolved beyond transnational terrorist networks to include homegrown violent extremism, political violence, radicalization across the ideological spectrum, great power competition, proxy warfare, disinformation, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. The decisions we make now will shape the security of our nation and the future of the international order.
